中心简介

首都医学科学创新中心[Chinese Institutes for Medical Research(CIMR),Beijing](简称创新中心)是北京市新成立的具有独立法人资格的新型研发机构。创新中心以推动医学科学发展、改善人类健康为目标,开展生物医学研究,致力于提升医学科学创新与成果转化能力,提高疾病诊断和治疗水平。我们将汇聚世界高水平科学家,与首都医学教育和科学研究优质资源紧密合作,打造多学科交叉融合的科研平台,综合自由探索、医学目标导向、有组织科研等途径,实践新型科研模式和体制机制,培养适应医学科学创新发展的优秀人才,逐步推进医教研产的深度融合,助力首都医科大学成为世界一流的医科大学。

实验室介绍

范昊实验室隶属于首都医学科学创新中心(CIMR)分子与细胞治疗研究所。实验室负责人范昊教授本科毕业于中国科学技术大学,在荷兰格罗宁根大学获得博士学位,并在加州大学旧金山分校(UCSF)完成博士后训练。在加入CIMR之前,范昊教授曾任新加坡科技研究局(A*STAR)生物信息学研究所资深研究员,拥有丰富的跨学科研究背景。

范昊实验室致力于通过“AI+物理驱动”的双引擎模式推动分子治疗(Molecular Therapeutics)领域的创新。我们整合前沿的计算技术与传统的实验方法:

计算驱动:利用预测性与生成式AI方法加速小分子药物与功能蛋白的研发。

精准验证:结合基于物理和化学原理的高精度分子动力学模拟、自由能微扰(FEP)等计算机辅助药物开发手段,实现理论与实验的闭环验证。

实验室管理员

一、主要职责

1.日常运营管理:协助PI进行实验室的日常管理,维护实验室环境的安全与整洁,为科研人员高效开展实验提供支持。

2.财务与采购:负责处理实验室的采购订单、财务报销、试剂耗材管理及仪器设备的日常维护与报修。

3.内外部协调:作为实验室的联络人,与中心各部门(人力资源部、财务部、实验室与资产管理部等)及外部合作伙伴进行有效沟通,确保实验室顺畅运作。

二、任职要求

1.教育背景:拥有生物学、生命科学或相关专业的学士或硕士学位。

2.语言能力:具备优秀的中英文沟通能力(口语及书面),能够适应国际化的科研环境。

3.个人素质:具备良好的职业道德、高度的责任心及优秀的团队合作精神。

4.优先条件:具有较强的学习能力和协调能力;具有实验室管理经验或具备基本的实验室操作技能者优先考虑。

ABOUT CIMR

Chinese Institutes for Medical Research (CIMR), Beijing is a research organization dedicated to advancing basic and translational medical research. Aiming to promote the development of medical science and improve human health, we will bring together world-class scientists and collaborate closely with the high-quality resources in medical education and scientific research in Beijing to establish a multidisciplinary and integrated research platform. Laboratory Introduction

Dr. Fan is an Investigator at the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Therapeutics, CIMR. He earned his B.S. from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and his Ph.D. from the University of Groningen. He conducted his postdoctoral and research scientist work at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Prior to joining CIMR, he served as a Senior Principal Investigator at the Bioinformatics Institute, A*STAR, Singapore.

The Fan Lab drives innovation in Molecular Therapeutics through a "Dual-Engine" approach:

AI-Driven Discovery: Leveraging Predictive and Generative AI to accelerate the development of small-molecule drugs and functional proteins.

Physics-Based Refinement: Utilizing high-precision computational chemistry and drug design (e.g., Free Energy Perturbation/FEP, Molecular Dynamics) to provide physical grounding and accurate validation.

Open Positions

Laboratory Manager

Main Responsibilities

a. Daily Operations Management: Assist the PI in the overall daily management of the laboratory, maintain a safe and orderly lab environment, and provide support to facilitate efficient research activities.

b. Finance and Procurement: Manage laboratory procurement orders, process financial reimbursements, handle reagent and consumable inventory, and coordinate routine maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment.

c. Internal and External Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison for the lab, effectively communicating with various departments (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Lab and Asset Management) and external partners to ensure smooth laboratory operations.

Qualifications

a. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.

b. Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (spoken and written), with the ability to thrive in an international research environment.

c. Personal Attributes: Strong professional ethics, high sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork spirit.

d. Preferred Qualifications: Strong learning ability and coordination skills. Prior experience in laboratory management or basic laboratory operational skills are highly desirable.
