Postdoctoral scholars will work
on grant-funded research projects in nanophotonics that draw on one of three
areas:
(1) Nano-fabrication: towards 3D
optical chips and AI photonics, develop novel micro- and nano-fabrication
methods, techniques, and instrumentation with ultrafast laser interaction,
including additive manufacturing, subtractive manufacturing, composite manufacturing, etc.;
(2) Nano-manipulation: carry out
research on optical precision manipulation methods in micro- and nanoscale,
such as optomechanical and optical microfluidics, optical self-assembly, and
nanorobots based on nanophotonics;
(3) Nano-measurement: to meet the
characterization demands of novel nanomaterials such as low-dimensional
materials, color-centers, and other quantum materials, develop novel
theories, methods, techniques, and instrumentation on super-resolution and
multi-physics measurement, including near-field optics, ultrafast spectral
optics, etc.

1.纳米特种制造:面向光芯片和光智能领域发展,开展以超快激光加工为主的特种微纳制造技术及应用研究,包括但不限于增材制造、减材制造、复合制造等。
2.纳米精密操控:开展基于光学手段的微纳精密操控技术及应用研究,包括但不限于光力学与光学微流控技术、光学自组装、纳米机器人等。
3.纳米精密测量:面向低维材料、色心等纳米新材料的精密测量和缺陷检测等需求,开展新型测量原理、方法和仪器研究,包括但不限于近场光学测量表征、超快光谱测量等。
