the number of participants is full by default.

Introduction Criteria
1)Discipline Leader (professor or distinguished professor)
Worked as an associate professor or above
in a high-level university or research institution at home and abroad, or has
been a key figure in technology in a world-renowned enterprise for a long time,
has senior professional and technical qualifications in the industry, has rich
industry experience, global vision, strong business ability, and has made
influential achievements in the industry.
2)Outstanding young talents (associate professor/assistant professor)
Have a doctor's degree, more than 3 years
of working experience in high-level research institutions at home and abroad,
or well-known enterprises at home and abroad, higher professional and technical
qualifications in the industry, good achievements in the industry, strong
teaching ability, independent experience in undertaking important projects or
achievements in high-level technology transformation; Or have the potential to
achieve higher scientific research achievements or technological transformation
results. For particularly excellent talents, the requirements can be
appropriately relaxed and not subject to the above conditions.
3)Postdoctoral researchers/Lecturers
Under the age of 35, has gained the
doctor's degree for no more than 3 years or is expected to get the doctor's
degree before June 30, 2023. Has a strong sense of responsibility, good
scientific integrity, enthusiasm for innovation, team spirit, independent
research and work ability, and is keen on original work or major applied
research.

Technology University

College of Urban Transportation and Logistics
In order to adapt to the new requirements and
trends of industrial innovation and technological revolution and serve the
development strategy of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, the College
of Urban Transportation and Logistics has developed four majors, namely,
Transportation, Vehicle Engineering, Automotive Service Engineering and
Logistics Management, of which the Transportation major is the first-class
major construction spot in Guangdong Province. The talent cultivation and discipline
layout of the college closely follow the forefront of the industry, closely
integrate with industrial services, highlight the interdisciplinary
characteristics of transportation, vehicles, logistics, information, software
and management, and comprehensively benchmark the scientific research and
talent cultivation system of German universities of applied sciences. Based on
the school running idea of "openness, diversity and cooperation", the
college actively explores and practices the school running mode of industry
university research collaborative education and science and technology
collaborative innovation services, and signs cooperative agreements with
Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Urban Transport Planning and Design
Research Center, BYD Co., Ltd., Shunfeng Express Co., Ltd., etc; At present,
the college has built research platforms such as Guangdong University Rail
Transit Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Engineering Technology Research
Center, Guangdong University Intelligent Terminal Precision Construction
Engineering Technology Research Center, and Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit Key
Laboratory.
In recent years, the college has been
approved 77 vertical projects of various types (with a total amount of 26.165
million yuan), including 10 national projects, 19 provincial and ministerial
projects and 13 municipal projects; 51 horizontal projects signed with
enterprises (project funding amount 22.5592 million RMB); A total of 90
high-level papers were published (47 SCI papers, including 18 SCI area I papers
and 9 SCI area II papers); It has obtained 103 patents and software
authorizations.
In the next five years, the college
discipline system and talent training mode will highlight the interdisciplinary
laws arising from the cross integration of contemporary science, promote the
deep integration of basic science and technical science, and build high-level
teaching and research centers in the fields of transportation science and
engineering, vehicle electromechanical science and engineering, machine
intelligence science and engineering, manufacturing science and engineering,
logistics management science and engineering, and full life cycle automotive
service science, to form a certain industrial influence in Guangdong Hong Kong
Macao Greater Bay Area.
