•Contribute to the formulation of policies and oversee the operations related to student services including counselling, career and leadership, student life and resources, physical education and sports;
参与政策制定，监督学生服务的实施情况，包括辅导、职业和领导力、学生生活和资源、体育锻炼和运动等；
•Maintain quality facilities for counselling, employment, sports and culture purposes, and offer quality personal and career development and physical education programmes;
对辅导、就业、体育和文化设施进行维护，为学生提供优质的个人和职业发展以及体育课程；
•Champion the adoption of holistic student development on campus and maintain a caring campus culture;
在校内倡导学生全面发展，维护关爱他人的校园文化；
•Maintain effective and positive relationships with academic/administrative units, employers, students and student bodies;
与学术/行政部门、工作单位、学生以及学生组织保持积极有效的关系；
•Enhance the international and regional perspective and exposure of students;
拓展学生的国际和区域视野和见识；
•Enhance the image of the University through constant collaboration with external organisations and professional associations, performance of sports teams and representation at external formal functions;
持续与外部组织和专业协会开展合作、对外展现校体育队的运动风采，并出席外部正式活动，提升香港城市大学（东莞）的形象；
•Maintain the professional competence, ethics and commitment of SDS staff.
维持香港城市大学（东莞）教职员工的专业素养、职业道德和奉献精神。

•A postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline;
相关专业研究生学历；
•At least 15 years’ experience in the provision of human development services, especially young people, at management level;
至少15年人才发展服务经验，尤其是青年发展方面的管理经验；
•Proven leadership and people management skills at senior professional level;
具备资深的领导和人员管理技能；
•Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a high level of motivation to achieve set goals;
具备强大的战略思维和规划能力，积极主动设法完成既定目标；
•Effective communication and presentation skills, with high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
具备有效的沟通和表达技巧，熟练掌握中英文书面和口语表达能力。
