Position Description
The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, managing school accommodations and all other accommodation related issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Manage day to day accommodations of GTIIT (both staff, faculty and students), including allocation, day-to-day management, check in/out, change requests according to university regulations.
·To be fully conversant with Room Management System, manage and update the bed information in the system on a daily basis; Responsible to compile regular reports on room availability, occupied rooms, waiting list, arrivals and departure etc.
·Manage all tenancy contracts.
·Assist in providing accommodation support at events when required.
·Communicate effectively with related departments to allocate or reallocate dormitories for undergraduate students, graduate students, staff and faculty according to the Housing Contract and Student Code of Conduct.
·Communicate effectively with Property Management Company to manage move in and move out process both for students and faculty.
·Conduct timely review and completion of accommodation/resident handbooks or other service information and distribute it to residents properly.
·Generate the utilities bill for the students and faculty, make sure that bill was paid off or deducted by Finance & HR.
·Strict management on the key duplication and usage.
·Semi-annual reports on replacement of aged kitchen wares, beddings and broken furniture.
·Ensure the accommodation office is equipped to provide appropriate advice and information to students & faculty.
·Supervise the Property Assistant to prepare the apartments as required and inspect their work regularly.
·Know clearly about the furniture and facilities in each apartment. Check regularly and arrange timely repair if necessary.
·Undertake other duties not specifically stated which from time to time are necessary and be able to work flexibly. Evening and weekend work is essential around move in dates of student and faculty.
·Be flexible in dealing with the requirements and problems raised by residents.
·Support events when necessary.
·Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Required Job Specifications
·Required qualification: Bachelor degree from an internationally reputable university.
·Required experience: at least one-year experience working in school property/accommodation management. Have experience working with foreigners is desirable.

·Language ability: Proficient in both Chinese and English.
·Good communication skills.
·Outgoing, detailed and customer oriented.
·Willing to accept new challenges.
