侧重于目标人群的物理调控靶标的多模态影像学研究,并进行验证性干预调控研究(干预可以是BCI,神经反馈,外周刺激,脑器交互等调控)
1. 解析情绪障碍重要脑区、
回路与网络,构建脑影像-抑郁映射模型,建议可供调控的信号及关键靶标;
2. 揭示异常脑老化特异脑网络,构建脑影像-认知改变映射模型,建议用于调控的关键靶标;
3. 阐明情绪-认知交互机制(可以是抑郁伴老化,或一般的情绪认知交互问题),建议调控的关键靶标。

studies focusing on physical modulation of targets in target populations with
validated intervention modulation studies (interventions can be BCI,
neurofeedback, peripheral stimulation, brain-organ interaction, and other
modulations)
1. Analyze the important
brain regions, circuits and networks of mood disorders, to construct a brain
image-depression mapping model, and to suggest signals and key targets for
regulation;
2. Reveal abnormal
brain aging-specific brain networks, construct brain image-cognitive change
mapping models, and suggest key targets for regulation;
3. Elucidate the
mechanisms of emotion-cognition interactions (either depression with aging, or
emotion-cognition interactions in general) and suggest key targets for
modulation.

尧德中,脑器交互团队带头人(团队介绍:https://www.neuro.uestc.edu.cn/keyan1), 先后获得成都理工大学应用地球物理学博士学位(1991年)和Aalborg大学生物医学科学与工程博士学位(2005年)。1993年起在电子科技大学任职,1995年起任正教授。自1997年9月起在美国伊利诺伊大学芝加哥分校担任一年的访问学者,自2000年11月起在加拿大McMaster大学担任半年的访问教授。他创立了在无穷远处的脑电零参考(REST)技术,并提出了“脑器交互”(BAC)概念,以整合脑机接口和心身疾病。他于2001年创办电子科技大学生命科学与技术学院,并任院长(2001-2017),2018年组建四川脑科学与类脑智能研究院。他培养了50多位博士,出版了5本专著,发表300多篇期刊论文,举办20多个国际国内会议,围绕脑电零参考、音乐的力量、同步脑电fMRI、脑器交互调控、脑电云平台等进行了100余次大会演讲。先后获得美国医学生物工程院(AIMBE) Fellow、国际脑电图与临床神经科学学会Roy John Award、教育部自然一等奖、中国生物医学工程学会自然一等奖,也是BAC期刊主编、IEEE T-NSRE副主编,中国脑电联盟理事长、中国生物医学工程学会副理事长(2015-2023)、中国神经科学学会和中国认知科学学会理事,全球大脑联盟(GBC)指导委员会成员。
Benjamin Becker(德),Becker情感与动机实验室负责人和香港大学认知与情感神经科学实验室负责人(团队介绍:http://www.beckerlab.org/),香港大学认知与情感神经科学系终身教职教授,电子科技大学生命学院协议教授。目前致力于研究情绪体验的神经机制和动态行为特征,以及相应认知策略的调控,方法是利用神经影像学和基于机器学习的神经解码和调控,以及其他人类认知和情感神经科学工具(如实时神经反馈和新型药理神经调节剂),通过与靶向神经调节剂相结合,开发针对成瘾和焦虑等精神疾病的新型非侵入性治疗方案。相应的研究成果已发表在 230 多篇科学论文中,包括发表在Nature Human Behavior, Nature Communications, Advanced Science, Trends in
Cognitive Sciences, PNAS, Molecular Psychiatry, American Journal of Psychiatry,

Part.3 Supervisors’ Profiles:
Dezhong Yao, the leader of the
Brain-Computer Interaction team (team website:
https://www.neuro.uestc.edu.cn/keyan1). He received one PhD in Applied
Geophysics from Chengdu University of Technology (1991), and another PhD in
Biomedical Science and Engineering from Aalborg University
(2005). He has been a faculty member of the University of Electronic Science
and Technology of China(UESTC)since 1993, and became a full professor since 1995. He has been a one
year visiting scholar at University of
Illinois at Chicago from September
1997, a half-year visiting professor at McMaster University
from November 2000. He innovated the REST technique for zero EEG reference at
infinity, and proposed the concept of ‘Brain-Apparatus Communication’ (BAC) to
integrate brain-computer interface and psychosomatics. He set up the School of Life Science and Technology at UESTC in
2001 and was the dean of the school. He has founded the ‘Sichuan Institute for
Brain Science and Brain-Inspired Intelligence’ in 2018. He has cultivated 50+
PhD,published 5 books and 300+ journal papers,
hosted 20+ conferences, presented 100+ talks on zero reference of EEG, force of
music, simultaneous EEG-fMRI,BAC based brain modulation,
cloud platform of EEG etc. He is the fellow of American Institute for Medical
and Biological Engineering (AIMBE), the winner of the Roy John Award of the EEG
and Clinical Neuroscience Society, the chief-editor of the BAC journal,
associate editor of IEEE T-NSRE, etc. He is the chairman of the Chinese EEG
Consortium, the vice-chairman of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering
(2015-2023), and the steering committee member of the Global Brain Consortium.
Benjamin Becker, head of the Becker Affect and
Motivation lab and the Neuroscience of Affect and Motivation laboratories (lab
website: http://www.beckerlab.org/) is
a (full) Professor in the Department of Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience at
the University of Hong Kong and an Agreement Professor in the School of Life at
the University of Electronic Science and Technology. He is currently working on
the neural mechanisms and dynamic behavioural features of emotional experience
and the modulation of corresponding cognitive strategies by using neuroimaging
and machine learning-based neural decoding and modulation, as well as other
human cognitive and affective neuroscience tools (e.g., real-time neurofeedback
and novel pharmacological neuromodulators), and by combining them with targeted
neuromodulators to develop novel non-invasive treatment options for psychiatric
disorders such as addiction and anxiety by combining them with targeted
neuromodulators. The results of this research have been published in more than
230 scientific papers, including in Nature Human Behavior, Nature Communications,
Advanced Science, Trends in Cognitive Sciences, PNAS, Molecular Psychiatry,
American Journal of Psychiatry, and Biological Sciences. of Psychiatry,
American Journal of Psychiatry, and Biological Psychiatry (> 8000 citations,
h-index 50). Professor Benjamin Becker has led a number of NSF projects,
including the NSF International Outstanding Young Scientist (RFIS-II)
programme, a subproject of the tNational Key Research and Development Programme
(NKRP) of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), and the German
Research Foundation (DFG), amongst other research and innovation projects. He
currently serves on the editorial boards of international journals such as
Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics, Psychopharmacology, and Psychoradiology, and
was the founding editor-in-chief of Frontiers in Social and Affective
Neuroimaging. He is also co-director of the Brain Dysfunction Initiative
initiated by COVID, the Global Brain Coalition and currently coordinates the
Cognitive Science Programme at the HKU.
