Laboratory Introduction
The Laboratory of Adult Development and
Interpersonal Relationships (LADIR) focuses on research topics related to
relationship dynamics and aging. We are interested in age differences in social
and interpersonal domains and how intimate and intergenerational relationships
influence psychological well-being, with a focus on aging and late adulthood.
We also aim to investigate the biological and neural mechanisms underlying
relationship dynamics and aging. Prof. Tianyuan Li, the Lab Director, is an
Associate Professor in Applied Psychology at The Chinese University of Hong
Kong, Shenzhen.

Job Description
Applicants should have:
1. A Bachelor degree in Psychology or
relevant disciplines;
2. Experience with neuroimaging techniques
are preferred;
3. Strong research, analytical, and
problem-solving skills;
4. Proficiency with data analysis;
5. Ability to work independently as well
as collaboratively;
6. Exceptional attention to detail and
organizational skills;
7. Excellent written and verbal
communication abilities in English and Chinese.
Job Duties include:
1. Project related research and
application;
2. Project coordination and other affairs;
3. Undertaking other duties assigned by
the supervisor.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
Salary will be comparable to international
standards, commensurate with experience and accomplishments. Appointments will
be made under the establishment of CUHK-Shenzhen, and employee benefits will be
provided according to the relevant labor laws of Mainland China as well as
CUHK-Shenzhen regulations.
