南方科技大学地球与空间科学系成立于2017年,现有教师31人,目前在地球内部物理和动力学、应用地球物理学、空间物理和行星科学三个主要研究方向上开展学术研究与人才培养。该青年学者论坛是为广大学者提供的学术交流平台,是地球与空间科学系广揽海内英才的重要会议。

Introduction
The Department of Earth and Space Sciences
(ESS) at SUSTech is currently conducting academic research and talent
cultivation in three main research directions: including the physics and
dynamics of the Earth's interior, applied geophysics, space physics and
planetary science. The Young Scholars Forum aims to provide an academic
exchange platform for scholars and is an important conference for the Department
of Earth and Space Sciences to attract talents from all over the world.

招聘人才条件
1.领军人才(讲席教授/教授)
国家级人才项目候选人或海外知名高校或科研机构终身教授、副教授或取得国际公认的重大成就领军人才。
2.优秀青年人才(副教授/助理教授)
海外取得博士学位或国内取得博士学位后具有连续36个月以上的海外科研工作经历,在海外知名高校、科研机构等有正式教学或科研职位。特别优秀的,可适当放宽要求,不受上述条件限制。
Recruitment Requirements
1. Outstanding Faculty (Chair
Professor / Professor)
Candidate of national-level talent
programs,tenured professor or associate professor
of overseas well-known universities or research institutions, leading talent
with internationally recognized achievements.
2. Young
Faculty (Associate / Assistant professor)
Doctoral degree obtained from
internationally renowned universities and institutes; or Ph.D. degrees from
Chinese universities and more than 36 months of overseas work experience, with
a formal teaching or research position in famous overseas universities and
research institutes.

费用报销
受邀参加线下论坛的嘉宾报销本次往返深圳的差旅费用(限车票(高铁二等座)或机票(经济舱),国内人员每人上限5000元,国外人员每人上限12000元)。
Travel and Accommodation
All invited guests are kindly requested to
make their own reservations for train tickets (second-class seats on high-speed
trains) or air tickets (economy class).Earth and space sciences Department will
reimburse the round-trip travel expenses for guests invited to attend the
onsite Forum, with restrictions to economy class and a maximum limit of RMB
5,000 per person for domestic travelers and RMB 12,000 per person for
international travelers.
人才待遇
1. 支持措施
科研经费: 300-1000万元科研启动经费(含国家省市配套,以聘任信为准)。特殊情况可采取一事一议的方式。
团队支撑:学校稳定持续提供2个学校部分支持的博士后名额,自有经费招收博士后不限额。在研究生名额分配上给予优先支持。引进人才可自主招收研究系列教师和科研教学助理等。
2. 薪酬待遇
薪酬收入:提供具有全球竞争力的薪酬;符合条件的可享受个人所得税优惠政策。
保险等福利:学校按照深圳市最高标准购买五险一金,还提供商业补充医疗保险与高端医疗保险(覆盖大中华地区医疗保障)。
个人补贴:根据国家、省、市人才计划相关政策,学校将协助申请相应人才项目,如成功入选可按规定享有项目资助/补贴。
3. 生活待遇
住房与补贴:学校提供校内周转房或补助支持校外租房。
生活配套:学校可协助办理人才及配偶、子女深圳户口或大陆居留许可,协助解决子女入学。
Support Policies
Research funds: Up to CNY 3-10 million in
research start-up funding is provided by local government and the university.
Group support: Provide 2 postdoctoral positions,
with 60% funding support from the school. There is no limit to the recruitment
of postdoctoral fellows with own research funds. Self-determination of
hiring research assistant professors (RAPs).
Remuneration
Salary: Globally competitive salary.
Insurances: Shenzhen’s highest level of
retirement insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial
injury insurance, maternity insurance and housing provident funds. high-level
health commercial insurance, Purchase enterprise annuity according to
standards.
Benefits
Housing and subsidies: Temporary on-campus apartments
provided or subsidies to support off-campus rental housing.
Other benefits: Permanent residence or resident
visa service for scholars and family (spouse and children); Service of
children’s education in SUSTech affiliated preschool, primary school and middle
school.
