Introduction of Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology
深圳理工大学(以下简称“深理工”)是深圳新成立的一所大学,深圳是一座充满魅力、动力、活力和创新力的城市。学校在中国科学院和广东省的支持下,以中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院(以下简称“先进院”)优质丰厚的科教产教资源为基础,“高起点、高水平、高标准、高质量”建设一流新型研究型大学。
Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology (hereinafter referred to as "SUAT")
is a newly established University at Shenzhen, the power city of industrial
innovation and entrepreneurship. Upon an agreement between the Chinese Academy
Sciences and the Shenzhen Government (hereinafter referred to as
"SIAT"), SUAT was initiated and established by the Shenzhen Institute
of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. SUAT is a new
research-oriented university built with “high starting point, high level, high
standards, and high quality.”

It was also agreed that both SUAT and SIAT
will continuously maintain and enhance their close collaboration, leveraging
tremendous R/D resources on both sides (scholarly talents, research facilities,
industrial relationship networks, etc.), and consequently benefitting the
development and growth of both institutions.

Relying on the excellent scientific,
educational, and industrial resources of first-class scientific research
institutions, and drawing on the educational models of world-class universities
of science and technology, SUAT integrates industry and education, blends
science and education, and fosters interdisciplinary majors. With a trinity of
colleges (academic colleges, research institutes, and residential colleges),
SUAT nurtures talents through a three-track cultivation system encompassing
academics, engineering, and entrepreneurship. It offers elite undergraduate
education, tailoring instruction to cultivate outstanding scientists,
exceptional engineers, and innovative entrepreneurs.
二、学院简介
深圳理工大学材料科学与能源工程学院面向国家发展战略重大需求、响应产学研深度融合号召,以中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院的雄厚先进工程技术为后盾,对标国内外一流学科,结合深理工三院一体、学科深度交叉融合的特色,在应对电子信息、生命健康、新能源、碳达峰碳中和等全球挑战领域建设自己的特色交叉学科方向,促进跨学科、跨领域、跨越式发展。为学生提供与国际接轨、产业接轨的科教条件,通过多轨道个性化培养模式,培养具备国际化视野、较强综合素质和创新能力的高层次复合型科技人才。
SUAT Faculty of Materials Science and
Energy Engineering (MSEE) aims to build world class research in materials and
energy disciplines to serve the national strategic priorities, through the
successful cross-field industrial-academic collaborations and translations. The
research at SUAT MSEE covers electronic and information materials, life and
health materials, clean energy materials, sustainable engineering, net zero
technologies, and so forth. We endeavor to foster cross-disciplinary
ground-breaking innovations in future cutting-edge directions. We build active platforms to educate and
train students through internationalization and industrial translation. Through
personalized programs, we cultivate globalized, competitive and innovative
talents .
根据学科定位及专业特色,学院拟设立4个系,如下:
MSEE plans to establish four departments:
电子信息材料系:以电子信息材料与器件及其相关的电子封装、微电子、光电子、生物电子、传感器、探测器等电子信息器件为主要研究方向,为我国集成电路、新材料、电子信息等产业的发展培养高端人才并提供解决方案。
Department of Electronic and Information
Materials: to cultivate high-end talents and provide solutions for the development
of integrated circuits, electronics, information technologies by innovations in
materials and devices for advanced industries including microelectronics,
optoelectronics, bioelectronics, sensors, and detectors.
智慧能源材料系:以碳达峰碳中和科学与技术及其相关的新能源及储能、氢能、节能、智慧电网、二氧化碳转化利用等新材料与新器件为主要研究方向,致力于实现绿色能源、节能及能源的优化利用等可持续新能源发展、碳中和技术研究。
Department of Smart Energy Materials: to
develop sustainable energy materials and technologies for energy generation,
storage and utilization towards net zero futures, such as solar cells,
photovoltaics, thermoelectrics, hydrogen energy, batteries, electrocatalysis,
biomass energy, carbon capture and utilization, smart grids, and carbon
footprints.
智能健康材料系:以材料科学为基础,以国家重大健康需求为引领,密切结合人工智能和健康医疗相关技术,积极推进智能健康材料交叉学科建设。 智能健康材料专业密切围绕新兴智慧医疗产业发展对新材料技术的需求,跨学科布局,赋能生命健康材料、生物医学工程、人工智能等交叉领域的综合性高水平人才培养。
Department of Intelligent Healthcare
Materials: to accelerate cross-field materials-focused studies towards national
healthcare strategies, through the fusion with AI and health medical
technologies, and to meet the demand of talents for emerging intelligent
medical industries by reinforcing multi-disciplinary training and education
programs in biomedical engineering, healthcare materials, AI etc.
智慧能源工程系:以服务国家“双碳”战略需求,引领能源领域科技发展,以数字赋能培养智慧能源、可持续工程及能源动力等交叉学科领域胜任科学研究、工程设计、系统运行、技术开发和项目管理等工作的宽口径复合型人才。
Department of Smart Energy Engineering: to
drive innovations in carbon neutrality through the breakthroughs in energy
technologies, to leverage data science and AI solutions to train full-spectrum
talents in the fields of smart grid, electrical engineering, sustainability,
power engineering for the engineering design, system operation, R&D and
project management responsibilities.

三、课题组/导师简介
Introduction of
Research Group/PI
姜璟博士,深圳理工大学助理教授,副研究员,浙江大学本科、伊利诺伊大学香槟分校电子与计算机专业博士。长期致力于AI+机器人赋能材料研发领域,曾荣获Nokia Sensing Xchallenge,Vodafone基金会等多项国际奖项,SCI文章40余篇,H-index 22。独立负责的机器人加速传感材料的项目,被验收专家认定为项目成果指标达到国际一流水平、取得国内外重大影响力。曾作为美国某高科技公司的联合创始人,研发了世界首台全自主生命合成平台,获得一线机构的肯定和投资,显示了跨学科研究和产学研一体化的能力。
四、申请条件

Requirements
1、即将取得硕士学位或取得硕士学位不超过5年,年龄原则上不超过35周岁;
2、具备较高的学术水平和较强的科研能力,能独立开展科研工作;
3、专业要求:
A. 软件开发类:Python、算法、ROS、嵌入式等
B. 机械设计类:机械、自动化类。
C. 材化类(仅招科研助理):材料、化学、分析化学、传感等。
具备较强的跨学科和前沿、复杂问题的解决能力。
4、在国际学术期刊发表过相关论文或专利者优先考虑;
5、具备较强的英语听说读写能力,能独立撰写论文者优先;
6、具备良好的学术道德和团队合作精神。
五、岗位职责

1、软件开发类:开发加速材料研发机器人实验室研发能力的软件。
2、机械设计类:设计自动化模块,设计机器人研发平台。
3、材化类:基于机器人实验平台开发材料和实验流程。
