岗位职责

1.从临床样本中分离、培养病原细菌和DNA提取；
Isolation and cultivation of pathogenic bacteria and DNA extraction from clinical samples;
2.基于病原细菌的高通量测序数据，开展生物信息学、基因组学和分子流行病学分析和研究；
Conduct bioinformatics, genomics, and molecular epidemiology analysis and research based on high-throughput sequencing data of pathogenic bacteria;
3.协助课题组长完成其他科研相关工作。
Assist the group leader in completing other related research tasks.

任职要求

1.具有微生物学、分子生物学、流行病学等生物医学类本科或硕士学历学位；
Bachelor's or Master's degree in biomedical disciplines such as microbiology, molecular biology, or epidemiology;
2.具备细菌分离培养等实验技能，具有临床微生物学或生物信息学背景者优先；
Proficiency in experimental skills such as bacterial isolation and cultivation, with preference given to those with backgrounds in clinical microbiology or bioinformatics;
3.具备良好的英文阅读和书写能力；
Proficiency in English reading and writing;
4.为人诚信，严谨踏实，富有较强的独立工作能力、责任心和团队合作精神。
Honest, rigorous, and diligent with strong independent work ability, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
