Project Introduction
Data Driven Operations Management project
aims at studying the usage of data in making efficient operations management
decisions. The tools used mainly include optimization, stochastic modeling,
stochastic/robust optimization, and the application areas include revenue
management and pricing, service operations management. The PI for this lab is
Dr. Zizhuo Wang, who is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Data Science. He is also the Assistant
Dean for the School
of Data Science.

Job Description
Applicants should have:
1.Ph.D. degree in a field related to
Operations Research/Industrial Engineering.
2.Familiar with optimization and
stochastic modeling method and tools.
3.Proficient in programming skills.
Job Duties include:
Conduct frontier research in data-driven
operations management.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
Salary will be comparable to international
standards, commensurate with experience and accomplishments. Appointments will
be made under the establishment of CUHK-Shenzhen, and employee benefits will be
provided according to the relevant labor laws of Mainland China as well
as CUHK-Shenzhen regulations.
