Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating among internal departments
and outside partners such as government officials and regulatory agencies;
2. Responsible for the operation and test
management of the Test Center;
3. Promotion of the Test Center on major
online platforms, including content editing, publishing, and interaction;
4. Drafting documents, including meeting
materials, notices, regulations of the Centre;
5. Providing further study related
consultation to all students;
6. Performing any other ad-hoc duties as
assigned by the department head or university management team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a
minimum of five years of work experience;
2. Priority given to candidates with
experience in standardized testing administration or working in higher
education sector;
3. Demonstrates a diligent and responsible
work attitude, attention to detail, proactiveness, and a team spirit;
4. Excellent communication skills in both
Chinese and English, with outstanding English reading and writing abilities;
5. Proficient in computer operations and
skilled in using Microsoft Office software.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate
with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the
establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to
the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at
the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
