1)Conduct market research, assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, evaluate supplier performance, and handle communication and conflicts with suppliers
2)Support bidding, quotation, and price comparison processes to ensure legality, transparency, and efficiency in procurement activities
3)Participate in procurement contract negotiations and signing, including reviewing bid confirmation letters and contract documents, ensuring terms meet institutional needs and legal standards
4)Collaborating with various internal departments. Assist in coordinating the acceptance of materials and equipment with relevant departments.
5)Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping.
6)Assists with preparation of and compliance with internal and external audits as required

1)Master’s degree or above, preferably in business administration or a related field
2)At least 2 years of experience in procurement, work experience in universities is an extra bonus
3)Ability to perform cost analysis and analyze key procurement indicators
4)Familiarity with procurement systems and processes, with the capability to optimize procedures
5)Proficiency in office software with strong documentation and result driven
6)Detail-oriented and adaptable to changes.
7)Self-disciplined with the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
8)Fluent in spoken and written English
9)Fluent in German is an extra bonus

Job Location
At the beginning, the campus is temporarily in Hainan Lingshui Li’an International Education Innovation Pilot Zone, China.
The final campus will be in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Danzhou, Hainan, China.
