岗位职责
Be able to introduce advanced academic ideas and technical methods, and put forward work ideas with important innovative value. Actively explore new research directions or engage in high-level technical research and solve engineering and technical problems. Strive for and undertake national scientific and technological tasks; obtain scientific research achievements recognized by domestic and foreign counterparts, and construct a scientific research team with strong innovation ability.
任职要求
Comply consciously with Chinese laws and regulations and have good academic ethics.
年龄原则上不超过40周岁。
Normally not over the age of 40.
取得博士学位后在海内外知名科研机构、高校或大型企业研发机构不少于3年（含）的科研工作经历，或具有担任副教授或相当岗位的任职经历。（在海外取得博士学位且特别优秀的，工作年限可适当放宽）。
Having obtained a doctorate degree, with at least (including) 3 years of research work experience in famous research institutions, universities or large enterprises at home and abroad, or with experience as an associate professor or equivalent positions. (For candidates who have obtained their doctoral degree overseas with exceptional merit, the working period can be relaxed appropriately).
如申报国家、中科院相关项目，还应该满足相应申报要求。
When applying for national and CAS related projects, the corresponding application requirements should be met.
其他要求
待遇支持 Welfare and salary
年薪：40-50万元； Annual salary: 400,000 - 500,000 RMB.
科研经费：入选国家或中科院人才项目的，可配套200-500万元科研经费；
Research funding: 2-5 million RMB in matching research funding for those selected for national or CAS talent projects.
聘用岗位：研究员/副研究员一级/特聘研究员/特聘副研究员；
Employment positions: Researcher/first-class associate researcher/special researcher/special associate researcher.
研究生招生：硕士生导师、保证研究生招生指标；入选国家、院相关项目的可认定为博士生导师。
Graduate student enrollment: master's degree supervisor and guaranteed graduate student enrollment target; candidates selected for national and Academy-related projects can be recognized as doctoral supervisors.
住房福利：优惠价格购买“科学苑”人才房，根据人才层次给予一定程度“科学苑”小区购房补贴；积极为人才争取海南省高层次人才配套住房，5年80%，8年100%房屋产权赠予。
Residential benefits: preferential prices to buy "Science Garden" talent apartments, according to the qualification level to give subsidies for the purchase of apartments in the "Science Garden".
